#21 The Yoga and the need for practicing

The Indian cultural heritage and traditional values are well known all over the world. India is the land of sages or rishis. Thousands of years ago the rishis of India invented a unique system or science for the entire humanity and is Yoga. It has so many unique features and yoga ensures the body health and longevity. The wellness industries and health care centers and the allopathy are keen to suggest yoga for the healthiness of body and for long life. Those who practice Yoga everyday gets peace and tranquility and besides happiness with the health of body. As you know health is the wealth and the daily practicing of yoga  would have the enormous power to deliver health and joy. As a system or science the yoga has everything to satisfy everyone. Yoga is a very special life style and it’s an inevitable system  to lead a disciplined life with peace and calm without diseases. Yoga is difficult to mention in a single text, because it has a vast and enriched history. Yoga is absolute Indian and there is no substitute for Yoga. Yoga is a complete solution for the health problems of the entire world. Perhaps the westerners are the most yoga alerted peoples better than Indians. A majority of the Indians have still not aware about the quality of Yoga. The doctors all over the world advices the patients to practice yoga. It is very effective and Yoga ensures total body health and for a life long lasting. The varieties of yoga denotes as Yogasanas and such positions in sitting or standing or laying known as yogic postures. Yogasanas are vast and it has certain authenticity. The yoga is a system or science which has to learn or practice under an instructor, other ways there would be the worse impacts. Any way yoga and yoga asana are the unique Indian contribution to the entire world and yoga gets  warm acceptance from all corner.
