#16 Hatha Yoga

Yoga has so many systems and which are unique in every aspect. A very important yoga is Hatha and as a system it reveals the very essence of healthy living and long life. Hatha is a Sanskrit word. In Sanskrit the hatha is meaningful as Ha denotes the sun and Tha is meant for moon. There is an intuition behind hatha and it’s about a combination of two different facets. The uniting pair of contrary is fruit with hatha. Ha means sun and tha means moon. The positive and negative would combined together as hatha or in this mix the sun and moon are joining as one.
